If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, you will receive a 75% refund of your deposit. For cancellations within 7 days, 50% of the deposit is retained. Exceptions may apply in cases of force majeure.
Do the drivers speak English?
Most of our drivers speak Spanish, but we can assign drivers with basic or intermediate English proficiency if requested in advance.
Are toll fees included in the price?
Yes, all rates include the cost of tolls required for the agreed route in your quotation.
Where is the luggage stored?
Luggage is carried on the roof of the vehicle in a metal rack, and it is covered with a waterproof tarp in case of bad weather.
